Darkfall: Unholy Wars – Delayed To December 12th, New Screenshots & Videos Unveiled

Aventurine has announced that Darkfall: Unholy Wars will be delayed to December 12th, 2012. The company states that it needed more time to polish the game, however it seems to us that it simply wanted to delay the game in order to hit the sweet number of 12/12/12. Or at least that’s our opinion, given the fact that you simply cannot polish a game in only 20 days. Every developer who claimed that has utterly failed accomplishing that, so we are a bit suspicious about it. Hitman: Absolution – Contracts Mode Available To All Owners For Free

Hitman: Absolution was bashed from various PC gaming portals/magazines (RockPaperShotgun and PCGamer are two of them). Seems, however, that Square Enix is trying its best to tempt everyone into actually getting this new Hitman game, by completely removing the online pass requirement for the game’s Contracts mode. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Zombies Gets A Fan-Made Live Action Web-Series – Trailer Released

Jason Rosete has informed us about a new live action web-series, based on the Zombies mode of Activision’s latest Call of Duty title, Black Ops 2. According to its description, three agents find themselves on a seemingly abandoned island. Equipped with only their skills and an unexpected ally, they hope to survive the limitless horde of zombies. You can view its freshly released trailer below. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [November 11th – 17th]

The latest Top 10 PC charts have been revealed and as we can see, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and The Sims 3: Seasons are the best selling titles on Steam’s digital and UK’s retail PC charts. It comes as no surprise that the latest The Sims 3 expansion has managed to top Treyarch’s shooter, as UK is well known for loving this particular series. Football Manager 2013 has lost three places, whereas Farming Simulator 2013 and Borderlands 2 have lost six and five places, respectively. Guild Wars 2 is also down four places. Okay everyone, we just found out the first Windows 8 exclusive title. And what a title, right? Today we bring you new shots from the works of ReVan1199, matthewhxq, iSqueezee, axeldev, walid-payne, Tom Yum 72, hostilis, Synce, Wesley Mackinder and Scott Homer. The highlight of this week is the updated images of Scott Homer’s Bioshock project, as well as the Skyrim video of CrydaVinci. We’ve featured Scott Homer’s work and in the past, so it’s great to see that the Crytek artist is still working on it. Scott plans to release a video at a later date and we’ll be sure to keep you posted. It’s also great to see artists from other studios – like Wesley Mackinder who currently works at Rockstar North – experimenting with Crytek’s proprietary engine. Enjoy!
