Skyrim Creation Kit and Steam Workshop coming at the end of this month; Update 1.4 Changelog

Great news for Skyrim fans as Bethesda has revealed some news about the 1.4 update that is slated for release later this month. The company plans to first release their updates as “beta” versions through Steam as this is an extra safety check for everyone going forward and should expedite and improve their updating process for PC gamers. In addition, both the Creation Kit and Steam Workshop are nearly ready, as the company do some final testing, and they are on track for a public release near the end of the month. New ‘1999’ mode announced for Bioshock: Infinite

Now here is something interesting. Irrational Games has built a survey to see whether the fans would welcome a new mode for their upcoming first-person Bioshock game, Bioshock: Infinite. It appears that the die-hard fans of the franchise wanted an old-school feel to it, therefore Irrational Games has announced today the new game mode for Bioshock: Infinite, called ‘1999’. 38 Studios and Electronic Arts have released the demo of Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning and, well, it was not as good as we’d hoped to. We bet that some of you were also annoyed by its camera angle, as well as some other, various issues. New screenshots and trailer for the upcoming indie puzzle game ‘Vessel’

Strange Loop Games released today some new screenshots and a gameplay trailer for their upcoming indie puzzle game, Vessel. Built on a groundbreaking liquid-physics engine, Vessel will allow players to solve puzzles by bringing to life physically-simulated liquid (water, lava, glowing goo, chemicals and more) by animating them into living machines called Fluros that retain all the properties of the liquid they contain. Sonic 4 and Sonic CD are officially coming to the PC

Remember when we stated that Sonic 4: Episode 1 would be coming to the PC? As we said back then, Steam’s registry does not lie and look and behold; SEGA has just announced that both Episode 1 and 2 will be coming to our beloved platform later this year. But wait, there is more; Sonic CD will also hit the PC today. According to SEGA, the launch of Sonic Generations on the PC was quite successful and as a result of that, the company decided to port all the latest Sonic games. Hooray! New Saints Row: The Third PC Update comes with Performance Improvements; adds Genkibowl VII DLC Pack, CheapyD Homie and TF2 masks

Volition and THQ have rolled out a new PC update for their third-person action game, Saints Row: The Third. This patch comes with performance improvements, and adds Team Fortress 2 over-sized masks, as well as the Genkibowl VII DLC Pack and the CheapyD Homie. Moreover, this update will let you play LAN games without requiring an internet connection. This patch will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and you can view its entire changelog after the jump.
