AMD has released a new set of drivers for its graphics cards. AMD Catalyst 13.1 is the first driver of 2013 and comes with noticeable performance improvements on the entire AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series, with up to 10%-15% more performance in Battlefield 3 in most cases and and enhanced AMD CrossFire scaling performance in Call of Duty Black Ops 2. Ubisoft has also revealed today that Trials Evolution: Gold Edition, the definitive PC edition of its best-selling Xbox LIVE Arcade games Trials Evolution and Trials HD, will be available in both digital and retail channels on March 22nd. Meanwhile the ‘Trials’ franchise passed 4 million units sold. Trials Evolution: Gold Edition is developed by Ubisoft Shanghai under the supervision of RedLynx, a Ubisoft studio. Good news for Black Ops 2 fans as the Nuketown Zombies map is currently available on both PC and PS3 (on some regions for PS3 users as most of them will have to wait until after the scheduled PSN maintenance ends). The Farm 51 has released a new patch for Painkiller Hell & Damnation. This patch will be auto-downloaded the next time you start the Steam client and according to its changelog, it adds FOV, Mouse Smoothing and Head Bob options to the game’s menu.
