The Farm 51 has released a new patch for Painkiller Hell & Damnation. This patch will be auto-downloaded the next time you start the Steam client and according to its changelog, it adds FOV, Mouse Smoothing and Head Bob options to the game’s menu. In addition, The Farm 51 has further balanced/tweaked the game, added a HUD scale slider, and implemented some fixes to a number of levels. You can view the complete changelog below. Enjoy!

Balancing: ———- Grenades in multiplayer fly faster, fixed bug with possibility to overtake your own grenade Grenades trajectory adjusted Heater bolts fly a longer distance now It’s not possible to enable Tarot Cards in multiplayer anymore Painkiller weapon effectiveness increased in multiplayer (speed, damage) Added slowing mechanic of enemy players in multiplayer when you hit them with certain weaponry SoulCatcher alternate mode effectiveness decreased Stakes’ speed increased (about 25%) Teleporters don’t slow down player when bunnyhopping Flashlight intensity adjusted
