Warner Bros has announced Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure, a Scribblenauts game for Wii U, 3DS and PC. The game is developed by 5th Cell, features, 33 different Batmans and 130 Green Lanterns from the various iterations of the DC universe, and focuses on the story of Maxwell and his sister Lily, who travel into the DC universe with Maxwell’s magic notebook and summon DC-specific characters and objects to solve puzzles. Warner Bros has also released a trailer for it that can be viewed below. Last but not least, the game will feature 2000 characters (thanks Polygon). Activision and Treyarch announced that their latest DLC Map Pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II is now available on PC and PS3. Uprising includes four new multiplayer maps, plus “Mob of the Dead,” a bone-chilling new Zombies experience that takes players to the notorious prison island of Alcatraz, where four of Hollywood’s most iconic mobster actors, including Ray Liotta, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri and Joe Pantoliano, lend their talents to the game to bring this horrifying adventure to life. Deep Silver has released a new batch of screenshots – as well as a trailer – for Ride to Hell: Route 666. Ride to Hell: Route 666 lets players experience the whole lifestyle of biker gangs and is set within the Ride to Hell universe, a world of bare-knuckle violence, and rip-roaring motorcycles. Yesterday, we posted our opinion about Jason Rubin’s story regarding 4A Games and the environment this studio has been working on. According to Rubin, ‘4A’s staff sat on folding wedding chairs, literally elbow to elbow at card tables in what looks more like a packed grade school cafeteria than a development studio.’ However, it seems that Rubin exaggerated as 4A Games’ office is… well… fine and not as bad as what Rubin made it look like. I mean, where exactly is the ‘elbow to elbow’ thing in that environment. Sure, this office cannot compete with those of Ubisoft, Konami or EA. But it’s not as bad as Rubin claimed. Warner Bros has released a teaser trailer for its upcoming Batman title, Batman: Arkham Origins. Batman: Arkham Origins features an expanded Gotham City and introduces an original prequel storyline occurring several years before the events of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City. Taking place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous villains and assassins, the game showcases a young, raw, unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight.
