Apex Legends had a successful launch as it reached more than 2.5 million players in just a day
During its latest investor call, Electronic Arts revealed that Apex Legends had reached over 2.5 million unique players. Respawn’s battle royale title was able to reach 1 million players in just 8 hours so I think it is safe to say that this was a successful launch. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will get DLSS support alongside the real-time ray tracing effects
Back in August 2018, NVIDIA and Nixxes Software showcased the real-time ray tracing effects for Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Unfortunately, though, those RTX effects had a huge impact, resulting in really underwhelming performance and while the game has been released, there is no word yet on when these effects will be available to players.
