Elden Ring just got a free NVIDIA DLSS 3.5 Mod

Modder ‘huutaiii’ has just released a free mod for Elden Ring that adds support for NVIDIA DLSS 3.5 Super Resolution. By using this mod, owners of all RTX GPUs will be able to improve their performance in Elden Ring, especially when using RT Shadows.

Do note that this mod only adds support for Super Resolution. It does NOT add Frame Generation. Right now, the only mod that adds DLSS 3 Frame Generation to Elden Ring is the mod from PureDark.

FromSoftware added Ray Tracing Shadows to Elden Ring in March 2023. Surprisingly enough, though, the team did not add support for DLSS or FSR. As such, it was difficult for a lot of PC gamers to enable the game’s RT effects and get 60fps. Thankfully, by using this mod, you can get the visual and performance benefits of DLSS.

You can download the mod from this link. At the end of the article, you can also find a video that showcases it in action.

According to the modder, you’ll have to set the game in Exclusive Fullscreen Mode. If you set it in Borderless (or in any other mode), the game will be constantly crashing on the desktop.

Speaking of Elden Ring, there are some other awesome mods you can grab for it. One adds co-op support, while another brings a parry system like Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. Now if you don’t want to use the MGRR Mod, you can try this one that adds Sekiro-like deflection & dodge mechanics. You can also find an unofficial Survival Mode mod. Make also sure to check out Primeval Balance V3 for new character classes with cool moves. And don’t miss the fantastic first-person mod. And finally, if you want to improve its graphics, there’s a huge 25GB HD Texture Pack for over 4500 textures.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
