Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 – Second DLC Is Out Now

Konami has just released the second, free, DLC for their acclaimed soccer game, Pro Evolution Soccer 2012. This new DLC adds improved goalkeeper performance, removes the stuttering effect during running, makes small adjustments to the penalty and free-kick systems, and fixes some small bugs that have been reported. Batman: Arkham City’s PC European Version Is Also Delayed

A few days ago, we reported that the US version of Batman: Arkham City would be delayed. Some PC gamers didn’t really care as the European version was still on track for the November 18th release. Moreover, all those living in ‘the land of the free’ would definitely use some proxy servers to unlock their game as soon as the European version was out. Well, bad news for everyone as Steam has informed us that the European version of Rocksteady’s highly anticipated action adventure game, Batman: Arkham City, is also delayed to November 25th. Make your Minecraft prettier with Ovo’s Rustic Texture Pack

So you think that Minecraft looks dated with its 2D pixel-ish graphics, right? Well, here is a nice high-res texture pack to update the game’s visuals. Modder Ovo released his latest Rustic Texture Pack that is compatible with both Minecraft 1.9 and 1.8.1. This texture pack enhances the blocks in Minecraft to make them look more real than the original ones, by adding more shadow and glowing effects. PC gamers, meet Stealth Bastard; A freeware platformer that is inspired by Metal Gear and Meat Boy

PC gamers, here is an interesting game that is inspired by Metal Gear and Meat Boy. Stealth Bastard is an action espionage platform game that comes with a level editor, leaderboards, a rating system and pretty much everything you’d expect from a fully charged game. Take On Helicopters features an amazing anti-piracy protection system

As we said in our performance analysis, we love Bohemia. Yes, Take On Helicopters has some performance issues with modern-day hardware but this is a title for a niche market and a game that could have not been developed by – pretty much any – other triple-A studios. Yeap, that’s the magic of independent games. And we are really amazed with its protection system as it’s not as intrusive as Ubisoft’s awful attempts, yet it’s even more effective than the atrocious always-online DRM systems. Serious Sam 3 BFE – Melee Attacks Trailer

Croteam and Devolver released a new trailer for Serious Sam 3: BFE. This trailer shows Sam’s new melee attacks and… damn Samy boy, you are truly heartless. Serious Sam 3 looks like fun with lots of enemies and mindless action. Pretty much like in those golden days. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [October 30th – November 5th]

So you thought that BF3 will be the best selling PC game for the following weeks, right? Well, guess again as Football Manager 2012 has managed to reclaim its throne. That’s right, SEGA’s soccer manager is at the top of the UK PC retail charts yet again. What really caught our attention though was the return of EIDOS’ Human Revolution, as it gained nine whole places. Damn, now that’s impressive. Blizzard’s MMO can also be spotted at the sixth place, proving that this massive MMORPG still has some life left in it. Overgrowth Alpha 156 Changes

Wolfire Games released a new video in which David Rosen showcases the changes that were made to Overgrowth’s Alpha 156. Last week, David fixed some collision issues with mirrored objects and made some progress with Steam’s integration. In addition, haze now affects blood and shadow decals in Overgrowth’s latest alpha version. Those interested can pre-order the game from here and gain access to these alpha versions. Minecraft surpasses 4 million sales

Minecraft proves that a great indie game with a nice marketing campaign can actually sell quite well on a dead platform. Notch’s little gem has finally surpassed 4 million sold copies, a number that a lot of triple-A games would like to achieve on the PC. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 – The Vet & The n00b Trailer

Activision released a brand new live action trailer for their highly anticipated FPS, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The Vet & The n00b trailer features Sam Worthington, Jonah Hill and Dwight Howard and shows that a noob and a veteran can really work together… or not?
