Guild Wars 2 – Pre-Orders available on April 10th, Collector’s Edition announced, beta access noted

NCsoft revealed today the Pre-Purchase programme for Guild Wars 2, the most anticipated online role-playing game scheduled for release in 2012. From 10th April, players who pre-purchase the Guild Wars 2 Collector’s, Digital Deluxe or Standard Editions will receive guaranteed entry into all beta weekend events and a three-day head start prior to launch, giving them the opportunity to be among the first to secure their character and guild names. As a bonus, players who pre-purchase any edition will also receive an exclusive Hero’s Band, which will provide their characters with a variety of stat enhancements as they venture into the world of Tyria in Guild Wars 2. Cryostasis: The Sleep of Reason hits Good Old Games

Great news for all FPS fans, as Cryostasis is now available on Good Old Games. Originally released in 2009, Cryostasis was a gorgeous – yet flawed – atmospheric FPS. Developed by Action Forms and published by 1C Company, Cryostasis featured pushed Nvidia’s PhysX to new levels back in 2009. Although it had performance issues (and was single-threaded), Action Forms ignored those complains and released a patch that brought even more PhysX effects to their title. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission – Six New Environmental Screenshots

Bohemia Interactive has released six new screenshots for their upcoming remake of Carrier Command. These new screenshots showcase some of the game’s environments. Carrier Command: Gaea Mission is set in the Gaea Universe, with a story adapted from the science fiction trilogy of novels, and promises to reinvent the classic gameplay of the original Carrier Command, released in 1988, to deliver a truly next-gen experience. Project CARS gets a new, drooling community trailer from the man behind the ‘Unofficial DX11 Trailer’

Remember that amazing, unofficial trailer for Project CARS that was created by HDTanel? Well, this fella is back with a new, community trailer for Slightly Mad Studios’ upcoming racing sim game. As always, Project CARS looks lovely and this trailer features scenes with the game’s reworked lighting system in DX11. Cube World comes with a redesigned combat system, new ‘Monster’ trailer released

Cube World is a voxel-based action RPG currently in development for PC and the following video shows some new features like huge monsters, greatswords and combo attacks. Brandon Ridener has released an amazing, animated short film that is based on Remedy’s psychological thriller, Alan Wake. This animated short has been in production for a little over a year and as the title suggests, it’s a tribute to Alan Wake. In this short, Alan faces a Taken while he searches for his wife. All Zombies Must Die! is now available on Steam with a 20% discount

Great news for indie fans, as All Zombies Must Die! is now available on Steam and comes with a 20% launch discount. The Steam version of the game addresses ‘zombie swarming’, making it easier to get out of tight spots. Additionally, the gate-quest structure of the game has been re-jigged to improve the flow of play – specifically towards the end of the game. Humans Must Answer is a 2D space shooter with puzzle elements, set in the distant future. It’s an satirical adventure of two young spaceship pilots, searching for knowledge and found themselves in the Solar System. Basically Humans Must Answer is a classical horizontal scrolling shooter with a lot of shooting and evading but with some additional features. Player can place temporary towers (dron-towers) on the battlefield, combine weapons and more.
