Ubisoft has released a brand new update for Far Cry 5. According to the release notes, patch 1.07 fixes multiple low occurrence crashes, fixes an issue where the FPS could drop below 30 at certain locations in the world, and adds new Avatar Items in the Character Customization, new assets in the Arcade Editor and new loading screens. In an interview with Geoff Keighley at E3 2018, AMD announced some new partnerships with Rebellion, Ubisoft and Capcom. According to the publisher, players will experience dogfights through photorealistic visuals, including rendered cloud-filled skies in three-dimensional space.
