Runic Games have released some new screenshots and a video for their upcoming action RPG game, Torchlight 2, to showcase the pets that will be available in the game. Players will be able to choose between a Ferret, a Chakawary, a Cat, a Bulldog, a Hawk, a Panther and a Wolf. According to the devs, pets have their own inventory, can learn spells, can be transformed temporarily or permanently into other creatures by feeding them certain fish, sell your unwanted inventory in town and will return with requested items from your shopping list. inXile has announced that they have reached an agreement with Obsidian for potential design assistance for Wasteland 2. According to that agreement, Obsidian’s Chief Creative Officer, Chris Avellone, is going to work with our team on the design and writing of the game if the game’s Kickstarter campaign hits $2.1 million USD. Interwave Games have released a new update for their FPS/RTS hybrid, Nuclear Dawn. Nuclear Dawn promises to be the first game to offer a full FPS and RTS experience, within a single gameplay model, without crippling or diluting either side of the game and this update comes with updated localization, improved collisions, various balance changes and lots of fixes. Ridge Racer: Unbounded has been released on the PC and unfortunately, it comes with a bugged Level Editor. Although the game is perfectly fine and playable – we do mind though that there aren’t any PC options but that’s another story, when you try to run its Level Editor you’ll get a fatal error message. According to the developers, this might be due to a PC patch issue preventing the City Creator from launching.
