Milestone announced today that it will release a demo for its upcoming Motorbike title MotoGP13, the MotoGP World Championship 2013 official game. This demo will offer a Quick Race with 3 lapst. Players will be able to race in Gran Premi Aperol de Cataluny with either Valentino Rossi or Marc Marquez. In addition, in order to give the gamers a quick sneak-peek of the game, all the options will be available. During EA’s investor conference call – that took place today – the big company revealed that its next-generation engine that will be powering its upcoming sports titles will be unveiled at this year’s E3.  As EA’s Frank Gibeau stated, Frostbite 3 and the next-gen engine that will be powering EA’s sports titles are ‘fully functional right now and powering the games you’ll see at E3 in June. Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments Will Be Powered By Unreal Engine 3, Tech Demo Released

Now this definitely passed under our radar. Focus Home Interactive revealed last week that its latest Sherlock Holmes game will be powered by Unreal Engine 3, and released a tech demo for it. With Crimes & Punishments, the development studio Frogwares will give up its home-made engine in order to switch to the well-known Unreal Engine 3 from Epic. This choice will first allow the game to benefit from bigger environments that are more gorgeous and more varied, but it also allows the development of new investigation mechanics, that the previous engine’s limitations did not permit. Ubisoft has released a new comdev for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, in which the French companies describes the modes that will be available in Spies vs Mercs. According to Ubi, there will be two modes: Classic and Blacklist SvM. The classic mode will offer 2v2 battles and will be like you remember it from Pandora Tomorrow and Chaos Theory. The Blacklist mode, on the other hand, will offer 4v4 battles, as well as plenty of customization. Splinter Cell: Blacklist is currently scheduled for an August 20th release on PC, X360 and PS3.
