New Strider Title Officially Announced, Being Developed By Double Helix

Capcom has just unveiled at Comic-Con that a new Strider game is under development and has unveiled some new details about it. This new Strider game is developed by Double Helix and will be a 2.5D Metroidvania/Shadow Complex style title. Strider will feature an upgrade system, a big interconnected map, and as you may have guessed will be a side scroller. AMD Announced New Titles For Its ‘Gaming Evolved’ Program

AMD announced today some new titles that will be part of its ‘Gaming Evolved’ program. Among those titles we can find Thief, CryEngine 3-powered Shadow of the Eternals and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. AMD’s Gaming Evolved program is similar to Nvidia’s The Way It’s Meant To Be Played program, and will be interesting to see whether the following titles will include any ‘special’ DX11 features. Our reader ‘Jonathan Gustafsson’ has shared with us yet another great mod for GTA IV. This mod, created by M. Wojtanis, brings GTA V’s weapon wheel hud to Rockstar’s open world title. According to Jonathan, this wheel hud works great and makes weapon switching faster than before. The only downside is that the mouse is very sensitive while entering the wheel hud mode, something that obviously needs to be addressed. Ubisoft today announced the Watch Dogs Limited Edition Pack for North America. Along with the game itself, included in the Limited Edition Pack are a collectible SteelBook case featuring art from DedSec, the official soundtrack, including the original score from composer Brian Reitzell (Lost in Translation, The Bling Ring, Hannibal), an 80-page hardcover art book, Aiden Pearce’s mask and a 9-inch statue of Aiden in action. Nvidia GeForce 326.19 Beta Driver Released, Increases Performance By Up To 19%

Nvidia has released a new set of beta drivers for its graphics cards. According to the changelog, Nvidia’s GeForce 326.19 Beta come with performance increases by up to 19% for GeForce 400/500/600/700 series GPUs in several PC games vs. GeForce 320.49 WHQL-certified drivers. In addition, these new drivers feature SLI profiles for both Splinter Cell: Blacklist and Batman: Arkham Origins. Bohemia Interactive has released a new patch for the beta version of its military sim title, Arma 3. This update is 885MB in size, comes with a number of fixes, and will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client. As always, you can check its complete changelog below.
