SEGA Networks recently bought its way into a few western developers. For those of whom are unaware SEGA Networks is SEGA of Japan’s Mobile division so I typically wouldn’t report on this except one of the studios, Demiurge, has a history of making more fully featured content.

SNK Teases Garou: Mark of the Wolves Re-Release

For those of you who aren’t aware, Garou: Mark of the Wolves was a 2D fighter from SNK, the company that has brought us Metal Slug, Last Blade and the King of Fighters amongst others. In 1999 they launched Garou: Mark of the Wolves in Japanese arcades.

Hatred Is The First AO Rated Title to Be Sold via Steam, System Requirements Revealed

Some questions arose as to whether Steam would still carry Destructive Creation’s Hatred after the ESRB rated it AO, or Adults Only, it appears we may now have an answer. The game’s Steam page went up and even includes mention of its AO rating on the right hand side.

Swatting Suspect Arrested

Looks like US authorities are finally starting to take “swatting” a lot more seriously. For those who don’t know, swatting is when an individual makes up a fake crime, claims that crime is taking place right now in an attempt to get local police departments to respond with their SWAT squads.
