Quake Champions is permanently free to play

Bethesda has announced that Quake Champions is permanently free to play on the PC. Not only that, but contrary to Fallout 76, the game is available on both Bethesda.net and Steam (I guess the publisher didn’t feel like removing the game from Steam as it was already there).

At QuakeCon 2018, id Software revealed some additional tech details about the engine that will be powering DOOM Eternal, the id Tech 7. According to the developers, the id Tech 7 engine can display 10X higher geometry detail than id Tech 6.

RAGE 2 official QuakeCon 2018 gameplay trailer released

Bethesda has released the QuakeCon 2018 trailer for RAGE 2, showing more than 7 minutes of brand new gameplay footage. RAGE 2 promises to combine id Software’s shooter pedigree and Avalanche Studios’ open world prowess to offer players the best of both worlds.
