First Just Cause 4 patch available, improves vegetation rendering, fixes texture streaming and more

Avalanche Studios has just released the first post-launch patch for Just Cause 4. According to the release notes, this patch brings improvements and fixes to menu navigation for mouse and keyboard users, numerous stability fixes, and adds support for remapping of movement keys.

JorgeBarros has been working on a remake of the Droid Control Ship from the Star Wars Episode One movie in Unreal Engine 4. While this is still a WIP project, JorgeBarros has shared some comparison screenshots between the movie and his recreation, and the results are absolutely great.

Digital Uppercut has released a limited time demo for Steel Mantis’ upcoming heavy metal 2D action-platformer Valfaris. Available on Steam now through to December 31st, players can get a taste of the colourful, cathartic run ‘n’ gun chaos Steel Mantis has cooked up for them in 2019.

New Metro Exodus screenshots surface

Over the past couple of months, 4A Games released some new screenshots for Metro Exodus via its official Facebook page. These screenshots showcase three of the game’s characters, as well as some of the monsters that players will encounter in this new Metro game.

Modder ‘roadiereloaded’ has released a new trailer for his FarCry reloaded mod for Crysis. This mod aims to feature 11 levels and will adapt Crysis to the FarCry 1 storyline with some alterations. Moreover, the modder revealed that he aims to release this mod in 2019.
