You can now play as Kratos from PS4’s God of War in Skyrim thanks to this amazing mod

God of War and Skyrim fans, here is something for you today. Following our NieR Automata mod for Skyrim Special Edition, today we are presenting you another mod that brings Kratos from the latest Playstation 4 exclusive God of War game to Bethesda’s open-world RPG.

Created by modder ‘PotatoFactory’, this is just a simple character preset for Kratos from the newest God of War game. The preset also has the adjustments for the weapon placement (when they’re sheathed). His Leviathan Axe and the Blades of Chaos are on his back (as it should be), just like in the original game, though you’ll probably have to install Racemenu (duh) and XPMSE for that to work properly.

All you have to do in order to install it and play as Kratos is copy the Data folder from the archive and paste it into your Steam folder (or wherever your game is installed). You should also make sure to open up the console by hitting the key under the ‘Esc’ key (tilde), type in ‘showracemenu’ and choose the newly added ‘My Breton’ race, and then apply the preset.

And that’s it. By doing this you will be able to play as Kratos.

Those interested can download the mod from here. The modder has also released some screenshots in order to showcase his Kratos model for Skyrim that you can find below.
