Bio: John is the founder and Editor in Chief at DSOGaming. He is a PC gaming fan and highly supports the modding and indie communities. Before creating DSOGaming, John worked on numerous gaming websites. While he is a die-hard PC gamer, his gaming roots can be found on consoles. John loved - and still does - the 16-bit consoles, and considers SNES to be one of the best consoles. Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2. John has also written a higher degree thesis on the "The Evolution of PC graphics cards."

Modder ‘trancemaster_1988’ has released the final version of Morrowind Rebirth 5.0: Part 2. With this update comes a plethora of changes, including an overhaul of the Labour Town District in Balmora, an overhaul of Molag Mar, and an overhaul of Ald Velothi.

3D Realms has released an official reveal trailer for Ghostrunner. Ghostrunner is a first-person “Mirror’s Edge meets Dishonored meets Blade Runner” game. Its first gameplay trailer came out in August 2019 so I don’t know why 3D Realms named this a “reveal trailer“.
Terminator: Resistance supports mods and the first one is already available for download

Terminator: Resistance has just been released and it appears that it is fully moddable from the get-go. What this basically means is that modders can overhaul the game’s low-resolution textures. They can also replace the red lasers projectiles that the some Terminators fire with purple ones.

Arkane and MachineGames have released a new update for Wolfenstein: Youngblood. According to the release notes, patch 1.0.7 adds new missions, quest, abilities and areas to explore. However, this patch still does not add the promised real-time ray tracing effects.

Modder ‘AHaigh01’ released a must-have HD Texture Pack for the first Unreal game. Unreal HD Textures 2.0 is 2GB in size and improves over 2000 textures. According to the modder, the texture pack is mainly for the single-player campaign of Unreal.though it also works with Unreal Tournament.
