New TGS 2020 gameplay footage and screenshot for Cyberpunk 2077

CD Projekt RED has presented a new/updated demo for Cyberpunk 2077 at Tokyo Game Show 2020. In addition, the team has released a new screenshot that showcases the Trauma Team.

Now while we’ve seen this gameplay footage in the past, the TGS2020 demo is from a newer build. Thankfully, Reddit’s member ‘rustyspear11‘ has provided a comparison video between the TGS2020 demo and the 2018 demo.

As you can see, the TGS 2020 demo looks better than the older demo. So yeah, Cyberpunk 2077 looks better than its earlier builds (at least in some situations).

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most anticipated games of 2020. The game was originally meant to come out in April 2020. However, CD Projekt RED had delayed it to September 2020 and then to November 2020.

Since the game will support Ray Tracing and DLSS 2.0, it will be interesting to see the performance difference between the Turing and the Ampere GPUs.

Cyberpunk 2077 will be a DX12-only game and will put a lot of emphasis on environmental destruction. You can also find the game’s official PC system requirements here.

Enjoy!

    1. Haha, look at me, I am such a badass for repeating myself the same lies on each and every post. Brother, we understand that it’s been rough since you’ve became homeless after impregnating your mother, but you have to get over it. :[

  1. Video on the left has reduced bit depth on darks, that’s why the blacks look washed out with a white tint. It may have been done in post to prevent awful banding as seen in the right video. Of course CDPR in no way shape or form can provide us source material as they are a small indie company 🙂

  2. You can say whatever you want but this game looks (at least graphics wise) actually good if this would be the final release (not if they dowgrade it) and if you see it as you should see it. For this kind of games a little of chromatic abberation effects is to be expected, a well as more “colorful” atmosphere….. you cant compare its art-style to lets say RED DEAD REDEMPTION alike games for example, its completely different atmosphere as a whole, totally different concept and for that game (RDR) and its timeline those mentioned effects are not welcome but for an cyberpunk it is besides all other things which you like about this game and/or dislike and about the developers/publishers (thats different topic).

  3. I don’t mind and i don’t care this game full of woke and propaganda (like some people here said). But don’t you dare enter that PoS into The Witcher 4 and turn Yennefer into stronk independent bulky muscle wahmen!!!

  4. This game started off well but because it picked up hype…it attracted big investors who then started moulding the game their way…which is why they had delays and development time of 8 years. The end product is going to be a mediocre game. Will we ever see the original idea of cyberpunk 2077? Maybe in their expansion…maybe not.

  5. My guess is they slowed down/sped up/cut some animations in this scene so that the dialogue would fit better without having to pad in extra words or animations for Japanese . Lighting on the new video is just hundreds of times better. Overall looks miles better now minus all the clipping.

  6. This game should have the world record of footage, screenshots, videos, trailers, demos, ever. I better wait for the actual game and forget about this. Bye.
