DARK
Kalypso Media has released a GDC 2013 trailer for its vampire stealth action RPG, DARK. In today’s trailer, we get to see first-hand some of the Inherent skills such as the ‘Shadow Leap’ where Eric transports himself in a cloud of smoke undetected across short distances and ‘Auspex’, a vampiric night vision that picks out enemies by the blood pumping round their bodies. Grand Theft Auto V – New Screenshots Released

Grand Theft Auto V v4
Rockstar has released a new set of screenshots for its upcoming sandbox game, Grand Theft Auto V. GTA V looks incredible (for an open-world title and comes real close to Watch Dogs), and we cannot imagine what this title will look like with an iCEnhancer mod. Rockstar has not confirmed yet the PC version of its title, however we are pretty sure that it will be released a couple of months after the release of the console versions. At least that’s our guess. Enjoy the screenshots after the jump! Continue reading Grand Theft Auto V – New Screenshots Released

Nvidia Releases An Impressive Massive Destruction Tech Demo (GDC 2013 Video)

Nvidia
Nvidia’s Matthias Müller-Fischer has released a GDC 2013 tech demo, showcasing some impressive physics calculations and destruction effects. According to Matthias and Nvidia, this demo was running in real-time on a GTX680 with 30fps and shows off Real-Time Dynamic Fracture. It looks cool, though this technique does not currently support structures that can collapse due to their own weight. Still, Nvidia promised to support such a feature in the future. Battlefield 4 May Feature An Always-Online DRM

Battlefield 4 v4
Battlefield 4’s reveal trailer has been unleashed, and most gamers are amazed with its visuals. Truth be told, DICE’s upcoming FPS looks spectacular and is easily one of the best looking games we’ve ever seen. It’s not up to the standards of Deep Down, but then again we don’t know whether Capcom’s title will look as impressive as that tech demo or not. And even though a lot paid attention to some finer graphical details, it seems that none noticed a small pop-up window, hinting at a possible always-online DRM for the Single Player campaign of BF4.
