Need for Speed Underground 2 Unreal Engine 4

Here’s a New Look at the Stunning Need for Speed: Underground 2 Unreal Engine 5 Fan Remake

It’s been almost half a year since our last look at the upcoming fan remake of Need for Speed: Underground 2 in Unreal Engine 5. So, good news everyone, the project is not dead. Not only that, but
2Unreal5Underground has shared a new gameplay video from its latest build.

In this latest gameplay video, we get our first glimpse at the game’s AI system. We also get to see some other features. For instance, players will be able to draft to gain more NOS. They will also be able to gain NOS by getting a better ranking.

2Unreal5Underground claimed that over 3/4 of the final game is complete. However, there is still no ETA for when the first public version will come out. Once that happens, I’ll be sure to share the download link with you.

All in all, this is a fan remake that appears to be in a pretty solid state. Compared to those we’ve shared, this one attempts to be a proper remake, and not a remake concept. This should please those who were annoyed by our previous stories. After all, they will be able to play it.

Speaking of Unreal Engine 5, I recommend trying out these other free fan-made demos. You can grab a Superman UE5 Demo, a Halo 3: ODST Remake, and a Spider-Man UE5 Demo. There’s also a fan-made version of STALKER in Unreal Engine 5. If you love old-school FPS games, you should check out this remake of the classic FPS Blood in Epic’s engine. For Mario fans, we have this cool Super Mario Galaxy Tech Demo in Unreal Engine 5.

And that’s not all. There is a cool remake of Halo: Combat Evolved’s Halo level in UE5 that you can download. Or how about this free Attack on Titan game? Then we have the fan remakes for Dino Crisis 2Super Mario Galaxy, and MediEvil 2. Plus, there is an amazing fan remake of Sonic Adventure 2, called Sonic Adventure 2 Redux. Zelda fans can get this fan remake of Ocarina of Time. Oh, and let’s not forget the amazing ports of Skyrim and Oblivion.

Owners of high-end GPUs can also try these three tech demos. The first one features a Witcher-like environment. The second shows off a Rome Italian Town.  The third is the Venice Tech Demo we shared a few days ago. We also have a demo of King’s Field 2 in UE5, as well as a remake of Konami’s canceled PT. Finally, we have The Lord of the Rings: Conquest Reimagined in Unreal Engine 5, a remake of Flappy Bird, a demo for Need for Speed: Underground 2, and a Diablo 2 Remake Demo. They all look awesome, so be sure to give them a try.

Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
