Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor – Latest Update Brings SLI Support, Adds New Skins & Trials of War

Warner Bros and Monolith have released a new update for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. This new update finally brings SLI support to this open-world game, adds the Lithariel Skin, as well as Lithariel’s Trials of War “Test of Defiance”. Mortal Kombat X – Quan Chi Confirmed To Be Playable Character

NetherRealm Studios has unveiled a new character for Mortal Kombat X that is no other than the evil sorcerer, Quan Chi. In MK X, Quan Chi will have – like all characters – three fighting styles: Warlock, Summoner and Sorcerer. While our PC Performance Analysis has been slightly delayed, below you can find some a new comparison between the High and the Ultra textures for Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. As we can see, there are barely any differences between these textures, suggesting that these are basically only uncompressed textures. Our dear friends over at PCGamesHardware have released a comparison between Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor’s Ultra and the High textures. As we can see, the differences are minimal – to say the least – and at this point we have to wonder what exactly is consuming this amount of VRAM, especially when The Vanishing Of Ethan Carter presented higher quality textures with way less VRAM requirements. Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor Has An In-Game Benchmark, GTX970 Reported Pushing 70FPS At 1080p

Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor is almost upon us and YouTube’s member ‘teoKrazia’ has shared a video, showing the in-game benchmark tool that will be featured in it. Moreover, toeKrazia tested Middle-earth: Shadow Of Mordor on an Intel i5 2500K@4.4, with a GeForce GTX 970 4GB, FoceWare 344.11 WHQL drivers and 8GB RAM. This combo run the benchmark (at 1080p with max settings) with an average framerate of 70fps (minimum framerate was 41fps). Do note that while teoKrazia has selected the Ultra textures, this HD Texture Pack has not been made available yet (meaning that those are High and not Ultra textures).
