Good news for all JRPG fans as the Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee has rated Octopath Traveler for the PC. Octopath Traveler is a 2D JRPG that came out exclusively on Nintendo Switch, and from the looks of it Square Enix and Bandai Namco plan to bring it to the PC platform. LEFT ALIVE sounded promising when Square Enix revealed it back in 2017. Developed by Toshifumi Nabeshima (Armored Core), Yoji Shinkawa (Metal Gear Solid) and Takayuki Yanase (Ghost in the Shell), LEFT ALIVE appeared – at least on paper – really interesting. During its latest financial results briefing session, Square Enix revealed that Just Cause 4 performed below expectations and that it sold fewer units than what Square Enix had anticipated. Given the state of the game we are not really shocked by this news, though we don’t know whether this is the final nail in the Just Cause series coffin. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will get DLSS support alongside the real-time ray tracing effects
Back in August 2018, NVIDIA and Nixxes Software showcased the real-time ray tracing effects for Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Unfortunately, though, those RTX effects had a huge impact, resulting in really underwhelming performance and while the game has been released, there is no word yet on when these effects will be available to players.
