DOOM – New Video Showcases Single-Player Campaign

Bethesda has released a new video in which id Software’s Marty Stratton and Hugo Martin provide an exclusive look at DOOM’s single-player campaign, highlighting never-before-seen content. DOOM Single-Player Campaign “Cancelled/Unfinished” Trailer Leaked Online

Bethesda will release a new trailer for DOOM’s single-player campaign this Wednesday, however a leaked trailer appeared earlier today, showcasing the game’s SP mode. This trailer seems to be from an older build and is said to be a cancelled/unfinished trailer. Still, it will give you an idea of what you can expect from the new SP trailer for DOOM. DOOM PC Features Revealed – FOV Slider, Chromatic Aberration Option, Ultra-Wide Monitor Support

id Software has revealed the PC features for DOOM. According to the team, the PC version of DOOM will support ultra-wide monitors, will feature an uncapped framerate, will sport a FOV slider, and will offer an extensive amount of options. Doom – Framerate Will Not Be Capped At 60FPS On The PC Upon Release

Id Software’s Lead Renderer Programmer, Tiago Sousa, has confirmed that the framerate in the PC version of DOOM will not be limited at 60fps. According to both Tiago Sousa and the official Twitter account for DOOM, the framerate was locked at 60fps for beta purposes only. Doom 3: Redux Released – Overhauls Doom 3’s Graphics, Includes FOV Slider & Restores Cut Content

While Doom 3 was something completely different from its predecessors, I have to confess that I really liked it. And I’m happy to report that a new overhaul mod has been released for it, aiming to improve its visuals, sound and user interface. DOOM Gets Open Beta Trailer

Bethesda has released a new trailer for the upcoming open beta phase of DOOM. According to Bethesda, players will have access to Team Deathmatch and Warpath on the Heatwave and Infernal maps. In other words, the same modes and maps that were available on the Closed Beta will be featured in the Open Beta. Doom’s Open Beta phase begins on April 15th and will last until April 17th. Enjoy! DOOM – Multiplayer Open Beta Begins On April 15th

Bethesda has just announced that the multiplayer open beta phase for DOOM will begin on April 15th and will last until April 18th. As the press release reads, this Open Beta will not require a code and players will simply be able to logon to the platform of their choice and download to access Team Deathmatch and Warpath on the Heatwave and Infernal maps.
