Devil May Cry 5 has been cracked on launch day, does not contain Denuvo at all

Now here is something really interesting. Devil May Cry 5 has just been released on the PC and the game has already been cracked. What’s really interesting here, however, is that the cracked version uses a Denuvo-free executable file, meaning that it does not contain the Denuvo anti-tamper tech at all. Capcom now considers the PC an important platform, will strive to further expand its PC sales

Capcom’s COO, Haruhiro Tsujimoto, has officially announced that the PC is a very important platform for the Japanese publisher, something that obviously does not really surprise us. In the past few years, Capcom has been steadily improving the PC versions of its titles and after the huge PC sales of Monster Hunter World and Resident Evil 2 Remake, Capcom appears to be willing to further expand its PC sales.
