The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dragonborn DLC Hinted On Latest Update, Might Include Mounted Dragons

Well, you gotta love gamers who take a closer look at one game’s files and uncover hidden information. Bethesda has released a beta patch for the PC version of Skyrim, and it seems that they have included some information about the game’s latest DLC. According to the information that has been brought to our attention, Skyrim’s new DLC will be called Dragonborn and is said to feature mounted spell casting, as well as mounted dragon combat. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Update 1.8 Beta Available On Steam

Bethesda has released the beta version of their latest 1.8 Update for Skyrim. Those interested in participating in the Steam beta will have to log into Steam, click on Steam in the upper menu, select Settings, go to the Beta Participation section (located under the Account tab) and select Change. First Dishonored Review Score Leaked; game finished by some people under four hours

We normally don’t like sharing leaks about early review scores, but Dishonored is one of our most anticipated games of 2012 and we are happy to inform you that CVG’s score got leaked today. The reason we are happy is because the game gained an almost perfect score (9.5/10), suggesting that it is indeed one of the best games of 2012. Of course, early reviews can’t be trusted – well, most of the times – but we are pretty sure that Arkane Studios is capable of delivering a really interesting title. Dishonored – Path to Revenge – Interactive Trailer

Bethesda has released an interactive trailer for Arkane’s upcoming FPS title, Dishonored. As the publisher states, this interactive video contains some minor spoilers, and is best played while in ‘Full screen’. Dishonored casts you as a supernatural assassin driven by revenge. Bethesda announces the creation of Battlecry Studios; working on a Free-To-Play Online Game

Bethesda has announced that it has established a new studio in Austin, Texas called Battlecry Studios. Battlecry is led by Rich Vogel who was the executive producer of Star Wars: The Old Republic. According to the press release, Rich has a long history in the industry having worked on Ultima Online, and Star Wars Galaxies as well as other online and console titles during his 20+ years in game development. What’s more interesting here though, is that – according to the available job listings for this new studio – Battlecry Studios seems to be working on a free-to-play online game for current-generation platforms.
