AMD has just released a performance driver for their graphics cards as iD Software’s latest FPS game, RAGE, is out now to some countries. According to the release notes, this driver improves significantly the game’s performance on single GPU configurations. MaLDo released some brand new comparison shots between his upcoming 3.0 Texture Pack and Crysis 2 DX11 Official High-Resolution Pack. As we can see, MaLDo has not only updated the textures but has also included shadows on grass, fixed some tessellation bugs and some other minor details. Lexaloffle released yesterday a new video for their upcoming voxel arcade/adventure game, Voxatron. In case you were unaware, Voxatron is an arcade/adventure game set in an entirely destructible world made out of voxels (little cubes, kind of). We’ve all been wondering how L.A. Noire would look like on the PC, right? Team Bondi’s unique adventure game is coming to our beloved platform and with its release almost upon us, Rockstar released the first PC screenshots of the game. As we can see, the team responsible for porting the game didn’t bother with enhancing the game’s textures and we have to say that we are a bit disappointed with that. PC’s higher resolution also reveal one of the facial animations’ technique limitation that was used in L.A. Noire and that is its low-resolution quality. Continue reading L.A. Edmund McMillen and Florian Himsl released a new update for their latest indie action RPG game, The Binding Of Isaac. This patch will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client and features some fixes and additions. The Binding Of Isaac is priced at only 4.99 euros and features randomly generated dungeons, items enemies and bosses with over 100 unique items, 50+ enemy types and over 20 bosses.
