Warlock: Master of the Arcane is a fantasy empire builder set in the “Majesty” universe of Ardania. Frogster announced today the successful launch of its long-anticipated MMO game TERA, developed by Bluehole Studio. Players have been invading the 10 servers set up for the launch since midday today (CEST). New players will begin their adventure in TERA by creating a highly customised character from seven races and eight classes. They will join forces with thousands of allies to save an endangered universe. They will vie for power and set their own rules through an advanced political system. Earlier today, EA released an indie bundle on Steam that features Deathspank, Gatling Gears, Warp, Shank 1 and Shank 2. It was a surprise seeing EA releasing an indie bundle what came afterwards caught us off guard. Markus ‘Notch’ Persson was really annoyed by EA’s actions and said some harsh words against them. Notch called EA ‘a bunch of cynical bastards‘ and said that they are ruining everything. Wow. There is no doubt that Skyrim looks great. And here we are today with some new drooling images, as modders ‘gionight’ and ‘Unr3al2004’ have released some screenshots from their Skyrim custom female characters. These female models look great and showcase what can be achieved with Skyrim’s in-game toolset. NeoAxis have released a new video that showcases the changes that have been made to their in-house game engine, the NeoAxis Engine. NeoAxis Engine 1.2 – that is currently available for download from here – supports HDR, Depth of Field and God Rays. NeoAxis Engine looks interesting, though it can’t compete with the likes of Unreal Engine 3 and CryEngine 3. Still, this is a great engine for indie devs and sports better and more colorful visuals than most multi-platform titles. Enjoy! Rockstar announced today that the Max Payne 3 Official Soundtrack will be available digitally on May 23rd. Composed and recorded by LA-based band HEALTH, the soundtrack features the song “TEARS” which is due for release as a single on iTunes on May 15th, coinciding with the game’s US console launch.
