Blizzard Entertainment announced today that Heroes of the Storm will officially launch on June 2, following an open beta testing period beginning May 20. The Forest – Now Powered by Unity 5, Supports Sub Surface Scattering & Physical Based Rendering
Endnight Games has announced that its first person survival horror simulator, The Forest, is now powered by the Unity 5 Engine. Endnight Games has released a patch that switches The Forest over to Unity 5, implementing a number of new graphical features. This new version of The Forest support physical based rendering, bendable plants, sub surface scattering for plant shaders, as well as various visual tweaks and improvements. Kyn – First Impressions + 13 Minutes of Gameplay Footage
Tangrin Entertainment has provided us with a preview code for Kyn; its new tactical action RPG. The game is set in a Viking inspired mythological world, and lets you control up to 6 warriors. Kyn comes with a crafting system, an inventory system similar to those found in other action RPGs, skills with which you can equip your characters, and a “bullet-time” feature that slows down time so that you can issue commands to your characters independently.
