Modder ‘GreekRage’ has released a pretty cool new mod for Fallout 4. According to its description, Nakano Tours 3 in 1 is a settlement mod with building capabilities.
Going into more details, GreekRage created several buildings and assets that are far from lore-friendly and very different from what the game offers. Furthermore, the modder added numerous decorations, furniture, and misc items. In total, there are 200 new items.
You can download the mod from here. In order to get to the new settlement, you can Fast Travel directly to the lighthouse using the visible marker. That or you can travel to it via a ferry boat from Coastal Cottage.
