Milestone and PQube have released the third and final developer diary for Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo. This dev diary covers: shading technologies, and how lighting calculations provide photorealistic effects for the game assets; particle effects, a vital element in rally games, where interactions between the vehicle and the various different types of road surface are key; vegetation management, analysed on-site and developed over a series of stages for the fullest and most realistic vegetation ever seen in a rally game; and vehicle physics and 3D simulation. Halo Online – First Gameplay Video Revealed
YouTube’s ‘Noble’ has released a 17-minute video showcasing the maps, weapons, and vehicles for Halo Online. Halo Online is a F2P title that is powered by an enhanced version of the Halo 3 engine and will coming exclusively to the PC. The game will be available in Russia for the time being. Innova and Syber Interactive Studio have not announced plans for bringing the game to Europe, though it will be interesting to see whether this game will turn into another P2W title. Enjoy!
