Our dear friends at MP1st have informed us about some new features that are present on the latest PC patch of Battlefield 3 and were not included in the release notes. Therefore, PC gamers can now disable the game’s User Interface, can switch between various chat modes, and a Vehicle sensitivity slider has been added to the game’s options. Okay, I’m a bit shocked. A new Flatout game is coming out in a few days and noone has even heard about it? Shame on you. The third part of this racing series is developed by Team 6 Studios and will be published by Strategy First. Flatout 3: Chaos & Destruction is coming to Steam on December 13th and will be priced at 29.99 euros. This low price indicates that this will be a somewhat low-budget title, so I guess that’s why most publications didn’t really bother with it. Great news for fans of MOBA games as the beta registrations for Hi-Rez Studios’ upcoming game, SMITE, are now open. PC gamers can go ahead and register for the beta phase at the game’s official website. Admit it, you were a bit jealous that PS3 gamers could witness the fall of the antenna tower in the Caspian Border. And although DICE hadn’t revealed when this feature would pass on the PC version, look and behold as the latest PC patch that was released today features it. Oh yeah, PC gamers can now see the ‘falling antenna tower’ in the Caspian Border map. Moreover, both Battlelog and the PC patch are live right now, with the patch weighting over 3.5GB. DICE added some interesting features and in case you weren’t aware of, Ping is now present in the scoreboard and the chat window has been tweaked and moved to the top left of the screen. Furthermore, Battlelog has now more filter options as PC gamers can filter things like kill cam, vehicles, squad leader spawn. Focus Home Interactive has just released the teaser trailer of their upcoming action RPG game, Of Orcs and Men. Developed by Cyanide and Spiders for PlayStation 3 Xbox 360 and PC, this first teaser shows more of its unique universe and its two heroes through a minute of dynamic video.
This video is the opportunity to discover more of this roleplaying game endowed with a strong identity and unique ambiance, and its two heroes: a powerful Orc, and a Goblin, that all opposes except for their skin color, which earned them to be hunted down by the soldiers of the Empire of Men.
