Konami today unveiled an all-new trailer for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 for the PS3, X360 and PC. In the new trailer, Dracula (voiced by Robert Carlyle) wakes up after centuries of sleep, old and withered. He slowly begins to recollect his past and we then see him at the height of his powers long ago. Independent studio Full Control today announced that in association with Games Workshop it will be bringing the legendary Space Hulk IP to popular digital gaming platforms in 2013. Square Enix has released a new trailer for Tomb Raider that was showcased on this year’s VGA awards. This new trailer gives us a glimpse of what gamers can expect from this upcoming Tomb Raider game. Unfortunately, the scenes contained in it have already been shown on other trailers and videos, so don’t expect to see anything new. Futuremark sent us some new screenshots from one of the tests that will be featured in the new 3D Mark benchmark tool. According to the developers, Cloud Gate, one of three tests in the new 3DMark, uses a DirectX 11 engine limited to Direct3D feature level 10_0, making it suitable for testing DirectX 10 compatible hardware found in notebooks and typical home PCs. It is also an ideal benchmark for entry-level DirectX 11 integrated graphics solutions that could struggle to run the more demanding Fire Strike test. Warner Bros has detailed the ninth update for The Lord of the Rings Online. Entitled ‘Against The Shadow’, this update will introduce three brand new three-man instances: Webs of the Scuttledells, Seat of the Great Goblin and Iorbar’s Peak. The latest Top 10 PC charts have been revealed and as we can see, Far Cry 3 and Football Manager 2013 are the best selling titles on Steam’s digital and UK’s retail PC charts. Football Manager 2013’s sales remain strong in the UK, as are the ones for the entire The Sims 3 series. Far Cry 3 can be spotted on the third place, whereas Black Ops 2 and Assassin’s Creed III can be found on the fourth and seventh place, respectively. Skyrim has re-entered the charts and is on the ninth place, as did Farming Simulator 2013 which is on the last place of this week’s Top 10 PC UK Charts. Namco Bandai has finally released the raw-video for the reveal trailer of Dark Souls II. Dark Souls II will feature a new hero, a new storyline, and an unfamiliar world for players to survive in, while delivering the uncompromising challenge and ultimate sense of empowerment that players hunger for.
