Interstellar Marine – Play It for Free until February 16th

Zero Point Software today announced their Early Access title, Interstellar Marines, is available to all Steam users to play for free from Feb 9th until Feb 16th. To play Interstellar Marines during the free week simply open up Steam, go to your Game Library and install. Shelter 2 to Be Released on March 9th

Might and Delight has announced that its Lynx adventure title, Shelter 2, will be released on March 9th. Shelter 2 aims to create a certain abstract mood via the unique imagery and sounds. The game follows the life cycle of a mother lynx, starting as a pregnant animal preparing her den for the coming litter, giving birth, and continuing in to a journey of parenthood where nurturing her cubs is paramount for survival. Shadow Realms – Bioware’s Competitive Online Action RPG – Is Cancelled

Bioware has announced that its competitive online action RPG, Shadow Realms, has been cancelled. As Bioware noted, the team responsible for this online game – Bioware Austin – will be focusing on Star Wars: The Old Republic this year (as well as other upcoming Bioware titles), and as a result of that this game had to be cancelled. Windwalkers Kickstarter – Action Survival Adventure Hardcore RPG Powered by CRYENGINE

Forge Animation has launched a Kickstarter campaign for its third-person action survival adventure game with hardcore RPG elements, Windwalkers. Windwalkers will be powered by Crytek’s CRYENGINE and aims to raise $330K (in total) and has 24 days in order to meet that goal. Vostok Games has revealed the first details for Survarium’s upcoming ‘Freeplay’ mode. As the company noted, Freeplay is a separate game mode that combines elements of the story, the conflict between players and survival in a hostile world.
