First Screenshot Revealed For New Need For Speed Title

Electronic Arts has released the first screenshot from the new Need For Speed game that is currently under development. Although we don’t know much about it, the image is accompanied by the ‘Have no rules, show no mercy’ comment. Let’s hope that EA will reveal more later this week. And it’s time to boycott the PC version of Fifa 14. As we said a couple of hours ago, we were uncertain whether the PC would be getting the next-generation version of Fifa 14. After all, Ignite was announced for next-gen consoles and it has been confirmed that its PC version will be based on its ‘old-gen’ version. Yeap, EA Sports is pulling another ‘Fifa old-gen’ on PC gamers, in order to obviously promote the next-gen console versions of Fifa 14. Battlefield 4 – New Next-Gen Screenshot Revealed, Coming To Xbox One Too, Gets A Release Date

Well, that was a given. DICE and EA have announced – via the game’s official FB page – that Battlefield 4 will be also coming to Xbox One (as well as PS4, but that was also a given). In addition, the companies have released a new screenshot from the next-gen version of it. Battlefield 4 is planned for release on October 29th, and will be powered by Frostbite 3. EA Sports Showcases Its Next-Gen Engine – Ignite Engine Official Trailer

EA Sports has showcased its next-gen engine during Microsoft’s Xbox One event, and has just released the trailer for this brand new engine. According to EA Sports, games that will be powered by the Ignite engine will feel more ‘alive’ with Human Intelligence, True Player Motion, and Living Worlds. EA Sports did not tag PC for this engine, so here is hoping the company won’t pull another ‘Fifa old-gen version’ on us. And if it does… well… you better stop supporting them even when it decides to gain the ‘trust’ of PC gamers in the future. We’ve contacted EA Sports, so stay tuned for more. During this event – which was disappointing to say the least – Activision has revealed the official trailer of Call of Duty: Ghosts. Call of Duty: Ghosts is planned for release on next-gen platforms and will be powered by a brand new engine. Quite honestly, we don’t see anything that we haven’t seen in Crysis 3. Electronic Arts’ MOBA Title ‘Dawngate’ Revealed, First Footage Unveiled

Earlier last week, a new MOBA game was hinted. According to some rumors, EA was developing a new MOBA title called Dawngate, and it seems that those rumors were true as Machinima has unveiled the first gameplay footage from it. Dawngate is played from an isometric top-down viewpoint and features cel-shaded visuals. Dawngate will feature interesting looting, and will also sport some RTS elements. Dawngate’s beta starts on 24th May, and players can sign up at its official website. Enjoy!
