GTA V releases on Tuesday, however the game’s X360 version has already been leaked. Naturally, this means that the Internet has been flooded with a lot of videos from that version, as well as stories full of spoilers. Ironically, some console fans launched a petition in order to prevent GTA V from releasing on the PC due to PC gamers being pirates. Funny thing is that if Rockstar decides to use Steamworks on the PC version of it, the game will not get leaked or be playable prior to its official release date. I guess we can all agree that there are pirates on all fronts, be it PC or consoles, so there is nothing new to add to this. Interceptor Entertainment has released a massive update for its Rise of the Triad remake. This new patch will update your game’s version to 1.1 and comes with hundreds of fixes, tweaks, optimizations and features requested during the first month since release. In addition, the development team revealed that it has added five brand new maps and a map playlist tool in this patch for free. As promised, Creative Assembly has released the second beta patch for its newly released strategy title, Total War: Rome II. According to its release notes, this patch comes with some Campaign performance optimisations, improvements on the campaign’s AI round time, pathfinding optimisations for its campaign mode and more conservative out-of-the-box graphics settings and resolution for DirectX 10 and 11 on Mobile GPUs. Electronic Arts has confirmed that the open beta phase of Battlefield 4 will begin on October 1st on all platforms (PC, X360 and PS3). According to the publisher, the open beta will offer players the chance to try out Conquest mode on Siege of Shanghai.
