Interplay Sends C&D Letter To “Sol Contingency: Descent” Dev Team, Descent Content To Be Removed
And this is why we can’t have nice things. Interplay has sent a C&D letter to the team developing fan remake of Descent. As you may have guessed, Interplay basically tried to pull the plug on this game’s development, however the team was well prepared for something like that. And as a result of that, Sol Contingency will be refaced, all Descent content will be removed, and the game will be slightly delayed. The good news here is that the team does not intend to cancel it, which is obviously good news to all 6DoF and first-person shooter fans. Konami has just revealed the PC system requirements for Pro Evolution Soccer 2015. According to the company, PES 2015 will run on a wide range of PC configurations. The game’s minimum requirements are as low as they can get, requiring only 1GB of RAM, a Core 2 Duo CPU and a Nvidia GeForce 7800 or ATI Radeon X1300 GPU. Final Fantasy XIII – Durante’s GeDoSaTo Tool Brings Support To Higher Resolutions
And it only took Durante a couple of hours to fix Square Enix’s mess. This well known modder has released a pre-alpha version of his GeDoSaTo tool that features a pre-alpha plugin for the latest Final Fantasy game. In case you are not familiar with GeDoSaTo, this means that by using this toll you’ll be able to unlock the game’s internal resolution. Now keep in mind that this is still in pre-alpha state, meaning that you may encounter some bugs here and there. Hilarious Times Part #99 – ACU’s Level Design Director Believes That 30FPS Are Better Than 60FPS
It’s no secret that Ubisoft is in trouble with Assassin’s Creed: Unity’s development. The team was originally aiming for a 1080p/60FPS experience on current-gen consoles but as it turns out, these machines are simply not good enough to handle the next Assassin’s Creed game at those settings. As a result of that, Ubisoft decided to drop the resolution to 900p and lock the framerate at 30fps. The French team claimed that this was done for parity reasons on Xbox One and PS4. However, Nicolas Guerin – World Level Design Director on Unity – decided to go one step further in order to justify Ubisoft’s decision by spreading ridiculous PR bu***rap all over our faces.
