EVE: Valkyrie – Fourth free update coming on February 15th
CCP Games has announced that the fourth free update for its VR space combat shooter, EVE: Valkyrie, will be released on February 15th. According to the company, the Wormholes update brings mysterious and exotic game modes, as well as the new Leagues alpha feature. The Farm 51’s sci-fi thriller, GET EVEN, will be released on May 26th, has been severely downgraded
Bandai Namco has just announced that The Farm 51’s new title, GET EVEN, will be released on May 26th. GET EVEN will take advantage of photogrammetry and will use the Granite SDK. As such, Get Even will be one of the first games to almost exclusively use 3D scans of real-world objects and places in its game world. Project CARS 2 will be better optimized on the PC than its predecessor [UPDATE: Announcement trailer]
Project CARS suffered from some optimization issues when it was released in 2015. And while Slightly Mad Studios has offered some performance improvements via patches, it still did not perform ideally on the PC, especially on AMD’s GPUs. Thankfully, and according to Ian Bell, head of Slightly Mad Studios, its successor, Project CARS 2, will be better optimized on the PC platform.
