The DC FanDome 2021 in-engine trailer for Gotham Knights has been leaked online, and you can watch it below. This trailer features in-engine footage, so it will give you a glimpse at the game’s graphics and art style.
From what we know, Gotham Knights will feature the Batman Family. Players will step into the role of Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin. The Batman Family will also have to rise up as the protectors of Gotham City in the wake of Batman’s death.
The game aims to offer a dynamic and interactive Gotham City where an exploding criminal element has swept through the streets. Players must solve mysteries that connect the darkest chapters in the city’s history. Moreover, they’ll have to defeat notorious Super-Villains as this new era of Super Heroes reinvent themselves into their own version of the Dark Knight.
Gotham Knights currently targets a 2022 release date.

Trailers always reveal to much information in them. Less is more. I only watched half of the trailer and probably have the plot of the game figured out.

Game is being written by Mitch Dyer. The former IGN employee who has repeatedly failed upward with no resume and that was hired and fast tracked over qualified minorities he claims to champion on Twitter. He has called Anita Sarkeesian his hero. He was the clown who wrote Star Wars Squadrons with the non gender conforming alien and worse than fan fiction tier plot and characters.
