Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee has rated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered

Earlier this month, we informed you about a leak regarding a remastered version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. And it appears that this rumour was legit. The Korean Game Rating and Administration Committee has already rated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is rated “18”. Moreover, this appears to be a legit entry. After all, Activision Blizzard has submitted this rating on February 26th.

From what we know so far, this remaster will only feature the game’s single-player campaign. There are currently no plans to bring back the game’s multiplayer mode.

Unfortunately, we don’t know when this remaster will come out. My guess is later this year (or alongside Call of Duty 2020). And, as we’ve already reported, the new COD game will most likely be a remaster of Black Ops.

As we speak right now, i do more sitting at my computer watching movies, Tv shows from 20 years ago that had no SJW garbage and i spend less time gaming. Where gaming is currently now, i have no reaosn to build another Rig in 3 years or more. I’ve simply lost the will for gaming and i realize why. I spend more time battling all this garbage practices from Devs/Publishers than I do gaming and i believe it’s finally taken it’s toll in the last 2 years. Denuvo, Multiple Launchers, Theftclusives, Gaas & Always-Online has destroyed the fun of gaming for me.

Every corner you turn there is some publisher doing some BS that has nothing to do with the betterment of the game. 2009-2013 was the last of hassle free gaming . Now it’s just one disaster after the other. Like you’ve always said, “This ****** Industry! SMH

  I’m partially with you, i obviously miss the good old days for a lot of reasons, but there are a lot of things that are better now too, nostalgia has something to do with this thinking, for example we have better PC ports now, 3rd party console exclusives are a thing from the past and there are even a lot of 1st party exclusives coming to PC
  There is a return to form for a lot of series like Doom, RE and DMC for example, and plenty of good AAA games, also the PC platform never been stronger than it is now, and is easier to use both on hardware and software side.
  I like the idea of having an alternative for gaming critics on YB too, instead of relying exclusively on those morons of the gaming press, not to forget the indy games and options to buy games at a cheaper price.
  As for DRMs they’ve been here for the last 2 decades, Solidshield, Securom, Tages, and the most annoying one which is StarForce is far more worse than Denuvo, at least we have GOG as an alternative and cheaper games.
  This gen had a lot of good AAA games, i think it was more creative and diverse than the 7th gen when every game was a Gears of War or a CoD clone, and devs are not as afraid as in the last gen when it comes to provide challenge in their games, but as i said i miss a lot of stuff from the past, good AI, PC focused AAAs, no microtransactions, good and challenging MP games and no SJW sh*t or at least not as obvious.
  The main flaws for me in this gen are the MP games that are really bad and of course the SJW plague, what i hate the most about this is the fact that a pathetic dev that don’t have any idea of how the real world works comes and tries to educate me, this is f*cking annoying, and of course the general aesthetics and writing that’s made to satisfy a loudly screaming minority…
  Overall it’s not as f*cked as it seems if you play SP games only
