Last week, we informed you about the latest rumours surrounding a PC release of Halo: The Master Chief Collection and from the looks of it, Microsoft is gearing up for an official announcement soon. And if that wasn’t enough, the official Microsoft Store page currently lists Surface HUB for this title.
In case you weren’t aware of, Surface HUB is a wall-mounted or roller-stand-mounted device with either a 55-inch (140 cm) 1080p or an 84-inch (210 cm) 4K 120 Hz touchscreen with multi-touch and multi-pen capabilities, running the Windows 10 operating system. Yeap, this is basically a PC and the official Microsoft store page for Halo: The Master Chief Collection currently lists it.
Now let’s take a look at another game that we know that it’s not coming out on the PC and that’s no other than Halo 5: Guardians. As we can see on its Microsoft Store page, Surface HUB or the PC are not listed at all.
Now since Microsoft has not confirmed anything yet, we strongly suggest everything you’ve read with a grain of salt. This could very well be a placeholder or just a mistake and nothing more. After all, we’ve seen this happening with Halo 5: Guardians.
For what it’s worth, Microsoft will make a Halo: The Master Chief Collection announcement during the upcoming Xbox Inside episode on March 12th. Rumour has it that Microsoft will announce the PC version during that episode, however nothing is set on stone yet.

App is barely noticeable, eat’s almost no RAM or CPU, I don’t have any problems with DL and DL speeds, you can edit them like want.
You can install on every hdd you want, just click and play no need to log in everytime you need to play.
Some people are overreacting, I’m using W10 and WStore from Day 1 and so far not a single problem.
I’m not a fan of the layout, but honestly I’ve never had any issues with it. It’s not my first choice, but if it gets me Halo and Gears, whatever, I’m in.

Imagine if you were on windows xp and you were complaining that Microsoft was forcing your hand because all the new games only support windows 7. With time comes software progress. Older OS’s lack support for many new software features because they were made in a time when those features didn’t exist. So obviously it becomes necessary to upgrade the operating system to play the latest titles. Especially if the developers of those games are using the latest operating systems.

I did not join the beta as they sent me XBOX only! First of all almost all video games are created or rendered on a PC for this reason every single video game should be on PC.
Have you though about future history, when online services shutdown or video games are not supported or technology is outdated PC ports & emulators of video games should accessible to everyone without Mods & reverse engineering! For this reason PC games should be released for every singe game as other platforms have limited product life-cycle!
