Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for Medal of Honor: Warfighter that showcases the game’s single player mode. The trailer shows Tier 1 Operators who infiltrate an Abu Sayyaf terrorist stronghold to rescue hostages from the capitol building of Basilan, Philippines. Electronic Arts announced today that anticipation for EA SPORTS FIFA 13 has reached record levels—1.99 million people in 73 countries around the world downloaded and played FIFA 13 in the three days after the demo launched earlier this week for the PS3, X360 and PC. This is a 29 percent increase compared to the first three days after the FIFA 12 demo last year. Two weeks from launch, fans around the world have pre-ordered over 875,000 copies of FIFA 13—up 37 percent year over year in Europe and a 62 percent increase year over year in North America. Slightly Mad Studios has released a new set of community screenshots for its upcoming racer, Project CARS. Among other things, these shots also showcase the two new BMWs that were added. Despite being very early development versions, the BMWs already make stunning additions to the world of Project CARS. YouTube’s member ‘kamakazi423’ and his team has created an interesting trailer for an upcoming live action short film that will be based on Assassin’s Creed III. Although this trailer was made with virtually no budget , it looks kind of cool. Yes, there are various ‘mistakes’, the narrator sounds kind of weird and there aren’t any parkour tricks. However, it does have potential for a fan-made short film. A kickstarter campaign will be initiated at a later date to help the team fund this short film and make it better. Enjoy! MaLDo has released a new set of comparison shots between Crysis 2 DX11 Ultra and Crysis 2 with his upcoming Texture Pack. According to the modder, this new version of MaLDoHD will be released soon and as you can see, MaLDo went one step further and corrected some issues that plagued Crytek’s first-person title. Scenes have been tweaked, tessellation effects have been improved, decals have been replaced and new lights have been added to various places. Oddworld Inhabitants and Just Add Water have finally released the HD version of Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath for the PC. Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath HD comes as a free update and weights around 3GB. Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath HD was originally meant to hit PC in March 2012, but was slightly delayed. Oddworld Stranger’s Wrath HD has moved on to DirectX (the original version ran on OpenGL), and there’s a 30% sale until Midnight PST on Monday the 17th of September.
