Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite and more running in 8K/DLSS 2 Quality on NVIDIA RTX 4090

YouTube’s ‘Benchmark Lab’ has shared a video, showcasing Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk 2077, Fortnite and more running in 8K with DLSS 2 Quality on the NVIDIA RTX 4090.

The full list of games that Benchmark Lab showcased in 8K is the following:

  • Cyberpunk 2077
  • Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered
  • Red Dead Redemption 2
  • Watch Dogs Legion
  • Horizon Zero Dawn
  • GhostWire Tokyo
  • Fortnite
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator

In order to get playable framerates at 8K, Benchmark Lab used DLSS 2 Quality Mode. And, as you will see, most of the aforementioned games are actually playable. Although they are not hitting constant 60fps, they are at least above 30-40fps.

As we’ve already reported, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 is a rasterized and ray-traced beast. You can find our 4K benchmarks here. Make also sure to check out our DLSS 3 article.

Lastly, YouTube is flooded with lots of fake RTX 4090 videos. Someone has even uploaded a fake RTX 4070 benchmarks video.  So yeah, be extra careful with those clickbaity videos. Benchmark Lab, on the other hand, is a reputable source which is why we’re sharing their results.
