New fan-made Skyrim short film looks cool

Fan film director Blake Armstrong and his team have put together a short, live-action Skyrim trailer. According to Blake, their budget was quite limited and although this trailer captures cleverly Skyrim’s atmosphere, we kind of hoped that it would feature dragons and an extended footage of the fights. Still, it’s quite good and will help you get ready for Bethesda’s RPG. Skyrim – Real-Life Action Short Film Is Sweet

Tom Antos released today a new live-action short film that is based on Bethesda’s Skyrim. This video showcases a dragon’s hunt and although it looks good, it lacks a bit polishing here and there. The sounds are also a bit underwhelming but overall, it’s sweet and shows that there is great potential for an actual live-action mini series. Check it out after the jump. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Sons of Skyrim (Metal Remix)

Scott Houghton has just informed us about his metal remix of Skyrim’s theme and let us tell you that it’s epic. In case you don’t like metal, then go ahead and listen to it. Skyrim trailer remade in Team Fortress 2

Have you ever wondered how the Skyrim trailer would look like if it was remade for Team Fortress 2? If so, check out what Armago24X has been making over these past months. Obviously this guy can’t wait to get his hands on Skyrim and loves Valve’s little gem, so this cross-over is quite interesting. It’s really great and stays somehow true to the original trailer from Bethesda. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – 20 Minutes of Gameplay Footage

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will use Steamworks

Bethesda has just confirmed via their Elder Scrolls Twitter account that the highly anticipated fifth part of their successful fantasy RPG series, The Elder Scrolls, will use Steamworks as its DRM. So good news to most people as the game won’t use at least Microsoft’s GFWL service as the game is released under the Games for Windows label.
