As you may already know, we are kind of disappointed with the current state of DX12. This new low-level API has not managed – at least yet – to offer better performance than its DX11 counterpart, something that really puzzled us. Microsoft and 343 Industries announced that the second beta phase for Halo Wars 2 begins next Friday. THQ Nordic will release a physical retail version of Halo Wars 2 for the PC
THQ Nordic announced that it’s partnering with Microsoft Studios and 343 Industries to bring Halo Wars 2 for Windows 10 to retail stores worldwide via physical packaging release. In addition, purchases of the physical retail release of Halo Wars 2 on Windows 10 PC will grant digital access to the Xbox One version via Xbox Play Anywhere.
