Back in May, we informed you about the delay of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. According to Warhorse Studios, the game was delayed on all platforms until 2017. Warhorse Studios has announced that Kingdom Come: Deliverance has been officially delayed to 2017. Warhorse Studios originally planned to release the game on the PC this Summer, and on consoles at a later date. Warhorse Studios has revealed that the PC version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance – that was expected to be released this Summer – has been delayed. According to a spokesperson for Warhorse, the PC version is delayed in order to be released simultaneously with the console versions later this year. Kingdom Come: Deliverance – New Screenshots From Beta Build Released

The beta phase for Kingdom Come: Deliverance starts tomorrow, and Warhorse Studios has released a new set of screenshots for it. The beta build of Kingdom Come: Deliverance will be the first introduction to an epic story and will feature most – if not all – core game mechanics, a bigger game map than the one found in its alpha build, the first important key battle/siege, as well as a new weapons. Kingdom Come: Deliverance – New Video Shows CRYENGINE’s Global Illumination Technique In Full Effect

YouTube’s member ‘Vlad4D’ has released a video, showing the visual improvements and performance impact of CRYENGINE’s global illumination technique, SVOTI, in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. As we can see, the game feels more realistic and has more depth (especially in shadow-y places). Moreover, the performance hit seems to be around 5-6fps. Enjoy the video after the jump! Warhorse Studios has announced that the beta phase of Kingdom Come: Deliverance will begin in Q1 2016.
