IO Interactive has announced that Hitman 2 will be receiving official DX12 support on March 26th. The game’s latest update will add support for Microsoft’s latest API so it will be interesting to see whether the game’s CPU optimization issues will be resolved with it. Hitman 2 Update 2.12 available for download, comes with PC-specific tweaks & new graphics settings
IO Interactive has released a new major update for Hitman 2. According to the release notes, this patch will update your game’s version to 2.12 and comes SLI performance improvements, splits Simulation Quality into two options (Graphical Simulation and Audio Simulation) and adds new graphics settings. Hitman 2 Review: It’s a Hit, Man…2
It was many years ago that I first played as Agent 47, and I found the game series interesting but a bit too slow in how you must have the patience to wait for the right moment to kill your designated victim. I know, I know; these are stealth games so they have to be slow-paced. Given the pacing and my lack of skill in this genre, I’d just dabble in prior Hitman games back when game magazines would come with demo discs and such.
