Soccer fans will be able to get their hands of Fifa 12’s highly anticipated demo on September 13th, as EA Sports has just announced via its GamesCom trailer that it will be released then. FIFA 12 – Kaka Community Interview

Electronic Arts released today a new trailer for Fifa 12 in which Kaka discusses various topics and states that he is very excited to be featured on the cover of the game. He also admits that the best goal he’s ever scored was in Champions League in 2007 against Manchester United. Fifa 12 is scheduled for a September 27th release on PC, X360 and PS3. Fifa 12 PC will have the same features as the console versions

PC gamers and soccer fans, get ready to wet your pants. For the first ever in this current generation, the PC version of Fifa will have the same features as the console versions. This means that the Player Impact Engine, the all-new Precision Dribbling, the new Tactical Defending and the Pro Player Intelligence will be featured on the PC version of Fifa 12. Fifa 12 – Player Impact Engine Detailed

EA Sports released a new video in which Aaron McHardy, Fifa 12’s Lead Gameplay Producer, explains and details the benefits of the new Player Impact Engine. According to McHardy, the previous collision system was very good but kind of limited. As a result of that, when two players were running into one another in Fifa 11 the development team had to choose one contact and collision animation, even if there were a lot of contacts.
