Funcom and Electronic Arts have released six brand new screenshots for their upcoming massively multiplayer online game ‘The Secret World’. The new screenshots includes a look at characters from the three secret societies – the Illuminati, the Dragon, and the Templars. Two of the screenshots also shows the new character faces graphics that are in development, a huge leap in detail and quality from the character face graphics that have been presented in screenshots, videos and live demos of the game earlier. Eletronic Arts and Funcom released a new developer diary via PCGamer. This developer diary details the factions that will be available on the game and players will be able to ally with Dragon, the Templar, or the Illuminati. The Secret World is being developed by world-leading independent game developer Funcom, will feature 100-player PvP warzones and is set to release exclusively on the PC in April 2012. Electronic Arts released today a brand new gameplay footage of Starbreeze’s upcoming FPS game that will be based on one of the most legendary PC series, Syndicate. The classic Syndicate has fully transformed into a brutal first-person action adventure of revenge and corruption. This footage is 11 minutes in length and showcases the game’s graphics, environments and while we were a bit sceptical about the the aforementioned changes, it does look and feel great. Electronic Arts has just released the first screenshots and an announcement video for Mass Effect 3’s multiplayer mode. The fight for Earth starts in 2012 and as always, Mass Effect 3 looks lovely. The game’s multiplayer mode will actually be a co-op mode with up to 4 players and according to the devs, the single player portion was not affected by this inclusion. As we’ve informed you yesterday, MaLDo has finally finished the latest version of HD Texture Pack and is available right now through here. This new mod – called MaLDo HD 3.0 – is 808MB in size and among other things, it features MaLDo’s High-Resolution Textures and Map Fixes, the BlackFire mod and the Quality mod by ShonE. Battlefield 3’s beta has ended but DICE provided us – via the game’s FB page – with a new footage from the Caspian Border map. This video was uploaded by YouTube’s user ‘ytFex’ and features 4 minutes of jet gameplay. As DICE stated, this is a nice example of what we can look forward to. Great news for all Crysis 2 fans out there as MaLDo’s latest Texture Pack is finished and will be released in the coming days. This was revealed today on MaLDo’s blog as the modder uploaded a hardcoded image. Now that image wouldn’t normally attract our attention, but MaLDo purposely marked some letters.
