Okay Battlefield fans, time for some rumors about the fourth part of this acclaimed series. ChipHell‘s member ‘Archangel’ has shared some new details about DICE’s upcoming FPS title, details that are said to be coming straight from EA’s chinese team that participated in an internal Battlefield 4 conference. During that conference, the alpha version of Battlefield 4 was showcased and according to the American employees of the chinese department, Battlefield 4 is powered by Frostbite 2 and will stress this engine at 80% (it was said that Battlefield 3 pushed only 30-40% of what the engine is capable of). Electronic Arts and Crytek today announced that fans who pre-order Crysis 3 will receive a digital download copy of the original Crysis game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 or PC. Crysis is by far – at least in our opinion – the best part of the franchise, so this is good news for all gamers who have not picked it up yet. In Crysis, players are outfitted with the series signature Nanosuit and an arsenal of fully customisable weapons that provide a wide array of options not only for the games story missions but also every single objective and individual encounter. EA’s Peter Moore: ‘The things we can do on PC are unbelievable’, hints at next-gen consoles surpassing PCs

Peter Moore and PC have never been the best pals. When Moore was working in MS, PC gamers hated him for not supporting their beloved platform. Of course, Peter had nothing to do with this whole thing as he expressed MS’ stance and did not boycott the PC. But that had little to do with PC gamers’ feelings towards him. And when he joined EA, PC gamers hated him even more as the PC versions of NBA Live and NHL got cancelled (and let’s not forget that the PC was getting the ‘old-generation’ version of the Fifa series back then). Surprising news then for all of you as Peter Moore stated that PC – as a whole – is an attractive platform. Medal of Honor: Warfighter – PC Performance Analysis

Danger Close Games’ Medal of Honor: Warfighter has been bashed by a lot of publications, and rightfully so as this is a mediocre game. In all truthfulness, this is no longer an FPS title, but rather an on-rails experience. Believe it or not, this is more linear than Call of Duty, and that says a lot about the latest part of this legendary franchise. However, we are not here to judge the game itself. As always, our performance analyses are focused on the technical aspect of PC games, therefore it’s time to see how MoH: Warfighter performs on the PC platform. Hilarious – DICE will not offer an option to remove the color grading effect in Battlefield 3 after all

This is awesome. No, this is beyond awesomeness and is what we call trolling. A couple of days ago, DICE’s Mikael Kalms revealed that the company would offer an option to remove the color grading effect in Battlefield 3. Fast forward two-three days and here we are today with Mikael Kalms claiming that DICE won’t offer such a console command after all. Not only that, but the company won’t allow gamers to use third-party programs to remove it, as they will get banned. Imagine that: a team that was made what it is today from modding a game is blocking mods for its game. Now that’s hilarious.
